SPEECH ARTICULATION SUPPORT
We work on speech production and phonological processes to improve speech intelligibility.
LANGUAGE SKILLS THERAPY
We provide receptive and expressive language therapy for all ages. Working on receptive and expressive language skills helps others work on the understanding of spoken and written language, following directions, speaking and writing in correct grammatical structures, use of correct and specific vocabulary and use functional and appropriate communication skills.
FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATION
Working on functional communication will help clients improve their ability to make requests, comments, share thoughts and information with others, family members and friends. In addition, functional communication will improve client question and answer skills, allow them to better engage in conversation and build confidence resulting in more frequent communication attempts.
PLAY THERAPY
We use play therapy with our children to improve communication skills. Play-based therapy helps increase attention and build better positive interactions. Children learn the social skills necessary for playing with toys and make progress on speech and/or language goals in a naturalistic setting. The child will make better connections with real-life events and will improve communication skills.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our occupational therapy services are designed to help individuals develop the skills they need to communicate more effectively and improve their overall quality of life. Our team takes a collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with individuals and their families to develop personalized plans tailored to their unique needs and goals.
TELEPRACTICE
We offer teletherapy at this time where you can be seen virtually in the comfort of your own home. It is offered on a HIPPA compliant platform.
